The Hysterical Utopian Wilbur Battle-Cruiser was made for war, one a bit more serious than the “Whoopee Cushion Incursion of 2364.” This delicate looking ship does have weapons that defy their innocent looks, more powerful than the feather dusters of Dryax, more fiendish than a Rubber Chicken attack, and far more intimidating than a rubber nose! Beware angering these Jolly foes of the infamous 'Frownies', unless you desire a ticklish death by humor!
