This is the Caprican's ECM / Communications boat,  and is relatively new to the fleet, and in demand even if it is unarmed This is also used as a shuttle and troop transport as well. It functions in atmosphere, but is a bit slow, but it excels in space since it's mass can be better compensated by small thrusters.
