The ECCM (Electronic Counter-Counter-Measures) Cruiser carries some long range weapons and area defenses, but mainly helps to coordinate attacks by sending positions and orders to a fleet of ships and fighters. This versatile configuration can also carry troops or supplies for small groups, or work with larger Capitol fleets.
