A veteran design of the Great-War, the Coventry class is a true yeoman of the fleet, being an excellent multiple role research platform that quickly converts to a war cruiser, or long-range heavy scout, by virtue of its interchangeable 'roll bar' mission pod. Predecessor to the famous Miranda and Avenger classes, the Coventry served throughout the Fleet and far beyond, often fulfilling missions usually entrusted to their Heavy Cruiser cousins. Armed with twin cruiser-level torpedo tubes and standard phaser banks, the Coventry are capable of handling all but the most powerful of both Empire's deadly Frigate and Cruiser designs. This 1:3788 scale ship is cast in no-lead pewter in four parts, ~2-5/16"L x 1-3/16"W x 9/16"H (59mmL x 30mmW x 14.9mmH) unpainted, and 1” hex plastic flight stand is not included.
